Tony C. McKim, President and Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank and its parent company, The First Bancorp, has announced the appointment of Jennifer Dugan as Vice President, Risk Manager.
Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise in banking regulations, collections, quality assurance, audit, compliance and Risk. She previously held leadership roles in Risk Management at other Maine-based financial institutions. Outside of the bank, Jennifer is a part of the Lobster Festival Committee in Rockland and enjoys acrylic paint pouring in her spare time.
